Shipping Info
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Large orders including cases of One Lucky Duck Snacks may take additional production time. Orders placed after 2PM (Eastern Time) Friday through Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.
USA
Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via FedEx, with the exception of P.O. Box addresses, which are shipped via USPS. Shipping options are available at the customer’s preference. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the distance (from New York City) that it is being shipped.
International
All International Shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority International (6-10 days). Please be advised that once the item is outside of the US, USPS is unable to provide tracking information. However, a notification will be sent via e-mail when it has arrived at the destination. Depending on size of order and destination, the rates and delivery time will vary.
Gift Cards/E-Certificates
Gift Cards and E-Certificates are a great way to give a gift that gives the recipient some flexibility in their purchases. Please note that we offer two types of gift certificates, which vary slightly in their usage.
E-Certificates are strictly for use at online at OneLuckyDuck.com. Upon purchase, E-certificates are emailed to the recipient immediately.
Gift Cards may be used online at OneLuckyDuck.com, as well as at our NYC retail and restaurant locations: Pure Food and Wine and One Lucky Duck Juice and Takeaway. Gift Cards are physically shipped to recipient.

In order to get these items to our customers, we make sure to ship them in recycled boxes and we re-use all boxes and packaging materials that come through our door. We are always looking for new and better ways to do our part in the green movement and we thank our customers for their support.
Return Policy
One Lucky Duck Products
We accept returns and exchanges on unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Our snacks are extremely time and labor intensive to produce, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to maintain the highest quality. If you find the quality sub-standard for any reason, we welcome your feedback and in many cases will offer replacements.
Appliances
Exaclibur Food Dehydrator, VitaMix, Breville Juicer, GreenStar Juice Extractor, Rebounder.
Several of our appliances, when ordered from our website, are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If for any reason you receive an item that is unsatisfactory, please contact us. Many times, the manufacturer will include their direct contact information, where you can direct any concerns to them.
All Other Products
Here at the Duck, we have extremely high standards and quite the discerning eye when it comes to picking product lines. We believe you will feel as good about our selection of products as we are to be selling them. Everything we sell can be vouched for by many of the employees who use them regularly. Returns are accepted within 30 days on unopened merchandise. Again, we welcome any feedback you may have. If you are unsure about any products, before making a purchase please email us, and we can give you our feedback.
