We hope you love everything you order from One Lucky Duck.com. Here at One Lucky Duck, we have extremely high standards and quite the discerning eye when it comes to picking product lines. We believe you will feel as good about our selection of products as we are to be selling them. Everything we sell can be vouched for by many of the employees who use them regularly.
Should you be less than happy with anything you've ordered, please return it to us within 30 days of receiving the products. Unfortunately we can only accept returns of un-opened product. We do not provide pre-paid return labels and recommend a tracking method for shipping the return. We do welcome any and all feedback you may have. If you are unsure about any products, before making a purchase please email us, and we can give you our feedback.

Return Questions:
1. What if I open something, can I still return it?
We are unable to accept the return of opened product, unless their something inherently wrong with the product. Our snacks are extremely time and labor intensive to produce, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to maintain the highest quality. If you find the quality sub-standard for any reason, we welcome your feedback and in many cases will offer replacements.
2. How long should I wait for a credit?
Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to reflect on your card (longer for check refunds).
3. Can I return my One Lucky Duck Gift Card?
Gift Cards are non-refundable or replaced if lost or stolen.
4. Can I return appliances that I ordered from One Lucky Duck.com such as the Exaclibur Food Dehydrator, VitaMix, Breville Juicer, GreenStar Juice Extractor, and Rebounder.
Several of our appliances, when ordered from our website, are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If for any reason you receive an item that is unsatisfactory, please contact us. Many times, the manufacturer will include their direct contact information, where you can direct any concerns to them.
5. Can I return cosmetics?
No, ALL cosmetic sales are final – No returns or exchanges.

All refunds are for store credit only, for future product purchases.

One Lucky Duck Juice and Take-Away will accept returns on most merchandise purchased at this location within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We cannot accept returns of opened food or make-up/beauty items.
One Lucky Duck Juice and Take-Away cannot accept returns on One Lucky Duck.com purchases or purchases from other retailers.
One Lucky Duck Gift Cards:
One Lucky Duck gift cards are issued by One Lucky Duck Holdings, LLC. Cards are only valid in the country in which they were purchased. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable. Unless the remaining balance is $10 or less, gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. One Lucky Duck gift cards do not expire. One Lucky Duck gift cards are honored for dollar value only.
