Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept One Lucky Duck E-Certificates and One Lucky Duck/ Pure Food and Wine Gift Cards.
Please note: One Lucky Duck E-Certificates are only valid online at OneLuckyDuck.com.
Cancelling or Modifying Orders
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 866-205-4895 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to help you! But please remember our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to NY. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.
